Lake District Videographer

I was born and raised here, so call me biased, but I think there’s very few places that rival the natural beauty of the Lake District. So where better to get married?

There’s no shortage of stunning wedding venues in the Lake District (check out my recommended suppliers list), but the real charm of this place is its unparalleled natural beauty.

There are countless Hotels, Barns & Country Houses which sit conveniently on one of our 16 Lakes, each one allowing unique access to the most perfect backdrop to your special day. So when it comes to capturing the most important day of your life on film, we have the most amazing scenery on our doorstep. Not only are the many, many venues beautiful, each in their own way, but every lake and every mountain and every corner of the Lake District is special in its own way.

I never get tired of stepping out there with a camera to capture some stunning shots.

Why the Lake District?

The Perfect Backdrop

Why get married anywhere else with this kind of Natural Beauty?

Some of the best Wedding Venues in the UK

There’s no shortage of stunning and unique venues in the Lake District, from lakeside hotels to quaint country houses set amongst the trees.

Dynamic Scenery

Mountains, Lakes, Country Roads, Ancient Forests…and of course our beautiful Cumbrian weather.

Unlimited Potential

Why stay confined to your venue when we can jump in a car and take a ride somewhere interesting? I’m always up for a little field-trip to one of our unbelievable beauty spots!

My Journey through the Lake District

I’ve filmed at some of the most stunning venues across the Lake District, from 5 Star Hotels to quirky converted barns. Somewhere in the Lake District, your perfect venue awaits. Inspiration

Take a look at what your Lake District wedding could look like with Gemma & Dan’s Teaser Trailer. This was a small, intimate wedding at the Merewood Country House Hotel, with only a handful of special people. We spent most of the day out of the hotel, on the lake, around the lake, and at Wray Castle, which sits on the North-West corner of Lake Windermere.
